  • Plank pose and repeat steps 6 through to 9- Plank, low push up, up-face dog, down face dog).

  • REPEAT From Downward facing Dog, repeat Warrior 1 with the left foot lunging forward, spinning the right foot 60 degree angle.

  • Exhale lower the hands , stepping left foot back to Plank pose and repeat steps 6 through 9.
