Located within most Hilton hotels, the Living Well gyms are available in over 50 Hilton hotels throughout the UK and Ireland.

The Living Well gym chain also extends worldwide with clubs in Germany, Turkey, Malta and Brazil.

Living Well Gyms are mainly hotel based gyms, which offer a wide range of equipment and good quality changing rooms, access to the hotel's spa facilities where available which include swimming pool, sauna and steam room.

As we all as the Living Well gyms there are also Living Well Express gyms which have the same high standards for the gym equipment but none of the spa facilities on hand.
