Selenium is found in bran, broccoli, onions, tomatoes, tuna and wheat germ.
Zinc
Necessary for healing and developing of new cells. Aids enzymes in digestion and metabolism. Important to general growth, reproductive organs and normal functioning of prostrate gland. Essential part of more than 100 enzymes involved in digestion, metabolism, reproduction and wound healing.
Found in brewer's yeast, bone meal, wheat germ, beans, nuts, seeds, fish and meat (especially liver).
Effective with Vitamin A, Calcium, Copper.
