Dieting for most is often a struggle, so we have added a few simple dieting resources to help you with your ultimate goal.
 
Always remember the simple key to losing weight safely, don't crash diet, focus on eating healthy regular meals, whilst increasing your activity levels.  The more active you are, the easier it will be for you to shift unwanted bodyfat.

You should focus your efforts on reducing your body fat level - not your weight, your weight will naturally come down with time, however your body shape will change through a combination of healthy eating and exercise.

Its important to remember that you can't make your body shift fat from any particular area, so you may find that the area of fat you want to go, simply won't however you may be losing bodyfat and toning up in other areas.

Having a training partner will be one of the most valuable resources you can find - just make sure that they are ideally motivated, otherwise you could be spending so much energy trying to convince them to go for a walk when its a little cold or wet.
