Sergeant Jumps
The Sergeant Jump is a difficult exercise, which is very good for developing explosive power in the lower body muscles.
Jump up vertically, stretching up from a squatted position taking one hand as high up a wall as possible.

Take off and land on both feet, aiming to go back down into the lowered squat position immediately upon landing, so that you can explode upwards again.
Aim to stretch upwards with an alternate hand action, aiming to get the same height each time.
Stretch and Warm Up before you commence any exercise and aim to finish with some good stretching to let your body and mind recover.
