Taking a Penalty

Most teams will have one or two players that are designated penalty takers in the game, but generally speaking all players should practice this skill, as it will benefit both the team and also the goal-keeper.

In major tournaments, its amazing to see how football teams can spend a complete season battling to get to the final, but very little time on gearing up for a potential penalty shoot out.
