Star Jumps
Star jumps are a great exercise to help develop explosive power in your legs and also work your heart and lungs.
From a squatted down position, jump up taking your hands and legs out to the side, trying to resemble the shape of a star.

On landing, make sure you land on both feet together, lowering down back into the squat position, remembering not to allow your knees to pass over your toes.
Use your arms to help lift yourself upwards.
Stretch and Warm Up before you commence any exercise and aim to finish with some good stretching to let your body and mind recover.
Look in the Home Workout area for a great sample workout, if any of these exercises are too hard, then adjust them to your own needs.
